The Senator Representing Adamawa central senatorial district Aminu Iya Abbas, has expressed shock over the death of an Elderstatesman Yerima Umaru Santuraki in Hong local government area of Adamawa State, who died on Tuesday
Iya Abbas, in a condolence message through his Yola Media Office on behalf of people of Adamawa central senatorial district, described the death of Santuraki as a great lost not only to his community, but the entire Hong local government area and the state at large.
The Senator who is the (IYA ADAMAWA) and Chairman Committee on Innovation, Science and Technology, also consoled with the Elders Forum of Hong local government and the entire community over the great loss.
Senator Abbas, said Late Santuraki who among the oldest people in Hong town, will be remembered for his fatherly advise and counseling to anyone that came in contact with him, particularly the political class and relatives.
He prayed to God to grant him Aljannatul Firdausi and give members of his immediate and extended family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
