Former Speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly and Member Representing Yola South Constituency Rt. Hon. Kabiru Mijinyawa has Felicitated with Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON over his award as Public Service Governor of the Year (Infrastructure Development State) in Abuja.
Mijinyawa in a statement through his Senior Legislative Aide on Media and Public Affairs Hon. Hussaini Ahmadu Har, in Yola Saturday, described the award as well deserved and considering his starling performance in Infrastructure and human capital development.
Rt. Hon. Mijinyawa said Good work must be encouraged and supported at all times, hence the award were conferred on the awardee in recognition of his exemplary service to the people Adamawa and Nigeria as well as legacies he has established which will never be forgotten.
The Lawmaker said the award deserved him for his contributions to democracy, good governance and protection of the vulnerable in the State.
He said Adamawa State people are proud of Gov. Fintiri as he is an illustrious son of the state and they are proud of his achievements in all aspects and commended the organizers for honoring him.
