The Member representing Mayo Belwa constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, has appealed to Umar Nashon Gubi, the newly sworn-in Executive Chairman of Mayo Belwa Local Government to work towards development of mayo Belwa.
He gave the charge during a reception held at the Mayo Belwa Local Government Secretariat on Monday, in honor of Chairman Gubi’s recent election and swearing in.
Hon Kallamu emphasized the importance of effective governance and urged Chairman Gubi to place the needs of the community at the forefront of his agenda.
” let me appreciate his Excellency Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri forhis unwavering support to us and we will reciprocate the gesture by ensuring people feel impact of dividends of democracy” he added.
The third term lawmaker who pledged to unite with council boss in bringing developmental projects in Mayo Belwa, also extended felicitations to Honourable Hauwa Kulu Ndottijo Yerima, the Vice Chairperson, and the twelve ward councillors on their successful election.
Hon Kallamu stressed the necessity for cohesive teamwork among the local leadership to achieve collective goals that benefit the residents of Mayo Belwa.
