Adamawa state House of Assembly has screened and confirmed comrade HammanJumba Gatugel as Commissioner from Mayo Belwa Local Government Area.
The confirmation of the nominee followed his screening by the House committee of the whole presided over by the speaker Bathia Wesley during Monday plenary.
The Commissioner nominee Hammanjumba who hails from Mayo Belwa Local Government area of Adamawa state, is also the chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employers NULGE, Adamawa state and was appointed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to be a member of his cabinet
After the confirmation, the speaker of the House, directed the clerk to communicate the resolution of the House to the Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for further action.
In an interview with journalists shortly after his screening and confirmation as comissioner HammanJumba Gatugel, thanked for finding him worthy to serve under his government and the state Assembly for confirming his appointment, noting that he will justify the confidence reposed in him.
