Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, Wednesday led a delegation of the Senate to condole with National Security Adviser Malam Nuhu Ribadu over the death of his Brother, Dr. Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu (Arabo), who died on Sunday in Yola.
Senator Barau while at the country home of Nuhu Ribadu urged him and other members of the immediate and extended family to take it as an act of God considering the fact that the deceased lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation to others
The Deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin, was with the Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aminu Iya Abbas and Sen Amos Yohanna of Adamawa North alongside Sen Abdulaziz Yar’adua and
Sen Umar Sadiq during the visit.
According to Jibrin, they were at the NSA’s residence on behalf of the entire senate to pay their condolences to Malam Nuhu Ribadu over the death of his elder brother.
He pray to Almighty Allah to give the NSA, Ribadu’s family and the entire people of Adamawa and the country at large, the fortitude to bear the loss and Pray that, Almighty Allah will forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdausi.
Responding, the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu thanked the delegation for the visit and pray to God to reward them abundantly.
