- Says He’s Committed Towards Bringing People Closer To Government
Hon. Abubakar Isa, the Principal Special Assistant to the Governor on Water Resources and Sanitation Opens Contact Office at Shelleng to serve as link between the People of Shelleng LGA and the Fresh Air Government.
During a visit to the Contact Office with People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Shelleng Ward Chairman, Alhaji Muhammadu Kyari, the PSA who served as Member Representing Shelleng Constituency from (2015-2019) and (2019-2023) pronounced that the office would serve as a direct window to him.
He declared that, the Office will work hand in hand with the Party and other relevant stakeholders in other to achieve the desired objectives of providing dividend of democracy to the citizenry.
He added that, as PSA on Water Resources and Sanitation he would facilitate and ensure that all relevant benefits that were due to the people of Shelleng would pass through that office.
Abubakar Isa, who is also the Marafan Shelleng revealed that more programs would be facilitated by the contact office to further engage the people of the area.
Marafa further explained that, people of Shelleng must appreciate the steps taken by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to make water available to Shelleng town and its environs as well as to improve sanitation and hygiene in the area, saying that, Fintiri has strong political will and capacity in addressing critical issues in all sectors.
