The Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aminu Iya Abbas ( Iya Adamawa) has extends his felicitation to the entire Muslim Ummah in the central zone and the state in general on the 1445 (2024) Eid-el-kabir sallah celebration
Senator Iya Abbas who is the Chairman Senate Committee on Innovation,Science and Technology also reminded muslim on the importance of maintaining peaceful coexistence for the overall development of Adamawa state
The Federal Lawmaker in a statement through his media office in Yola said he is celebrating the historic occasion with all the Muslim Ummah around the world, saying that it is a time of worship to God through the act of sacrifice.
He also congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri the speaker and other members of the 8th Assembly, leadership of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) his teeming supporters on the occasion of the 2024 Eid-el-Kabir Sallah Celebration.
He also extends his sallah message to Lamido Adamawa Dr. Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustafa and other members of the Adamawa State Council of Emirs and Chiefs Critical Stakeholders and the Entire Muslim Ummah.
According to him, the celebration is a symbolic and historic religious injunction that showcased the act of obedience and reminded muslim in state to remain obedient to God as they mark the Eid-El-Kabir.
He also enjoined the muslim faithfuls in the state to specially used the period and pray for Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to enable him succeed in his quest to Adamawa forward.
