The Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Aminu Iya Abbas has condoled with the Chairman Adamawa State Board of Internal Revenue Alhaji HammanAdama Njabari over the demise of his mother Hajiya Nana Maliki Hammanyero who died in Mayo Belwa LGA.
In a condolence message made available to newsmen through his media office in Yola, Senator Abbas urged Njabari, Hammanyero’s and other members of the immediate and extended family to be consoled by the fact that the late matriarch lived a life of service to God and humanity.
Sen Abbas who is the Chairman Senate Committee on Science,Technology and Innovation, described the death of the Hajiya Nana as a big loss not only to her family but to the entire people of Adamawa State and the nation in general.
He said, the matriarch death is a great loss especially as it came at a critical period when the advice and guidance of elders like her are required.
He therefore advised him not to be discouraged by his mother’s death, but take it as an act of God and forge ahead with the enormous task of generating more revenue and other meaningful services to the state.
The Senator said the best tribute that Njabari can pay to his late mother is to continue to render more services to the people of Adamawa State.
He prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest and members of Nyako’s family and the people of Mayo Belwa and Adamawa State in general the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
